Irreversible steroidal inhibitors, such as exemestane (Aromasin), forms a permanent and deactivating bond with the aromatase enzyme. Nonsteroidal inhibitors, such as the triazoles anastrozole (Arimidex) and letrozole (Femara), inhibit the synthesis of estrogen via reversible competition.

Does it mean even after stopping exemestane the enzymes won't get active I will try it to nuke my gyno

i think its like a 0,2% permanent deactivation thing, not significant. letrozole here i come.

There are better ways of stopping your growth plates from closing than using lestrol like Tamoxifen, Ralox even hgh Secretagogue can help
I tried ralox for gyno for a month didn't worked

SERMs will nuke your growth plates. They literally bind selectively to the ER in certain tissues like growth plates.

Nope, Exemestan is superior to manage E2 levels. I wouldn't nuke my E2 personally as that can cause many problems. Just microdose Exemestan and you're good.

Yes but still better than letro. Aromasin is the best but it is expensive

That just means the enzyme which make estrogen are permanently inhibited but not new enzymes that are going to be made in the body. If you stop the drug it would take 15 days to fully saturate your body with functional enzymes, its not permanent. Irreversible MAOIs also work this way

for max height growth and open plate time?
are you sure?

@lestoa @org3cel.RR @Acromegaly_Chad @Orc ?
It can have a longer “tail effect” compared to reversible inhibitors.
Estrogen levels typically recover over weeks to months once the drug is discontinued depending on your dose, metabolism, and overall health.

Yes @Jason Voorhees is right, theres better ways of stopping growth plates from closing other then using an aromasin
Stronger stuff like letro, gh secragogues etc
