Wtf do I do about my body?

Ok boyos so my body is pretty unaesthetic. I am 5'11 and only weigh 142 fucking lbs while at like 16% bodyfat. There is about a half inch of fat covering my abs. Where do I go from here? I don't want to bulk because I want to be low bodyfat but I also don't want to become a skinny twink. Should I keep dieting down while lifting to retain whatever muscle I have?

I'm bad at estimations, my body is basically the same as that pic, maybe like 4lbs more.

I've been doing PPL and going as hard as I can. I just don't know what to do about food though, how do I get adequate protein while still losing fat fast? Is it possible?
 
respawn as a high T individual that naturally sheds body fat while also packing muscle.
