you can't cash out you need to send this to a very specific adddress could you take a screenshot of your wallet details (not the seed phrase i just wanna see your address to determine the if you're on erc20 or another blockchain) that way i'll send you the address you need to send the crypto to based on what blockchain you are, so that the cryptos you sent rollback in the blockchain and get converted into withdrawable money
