I feel like i am insanely ugly, but my features arent THAT bad. I know i have shit health indicators and im bloated as shit but other than that i cant tell what it is thats making me ugly.

Please give suggestions, soft or hard maxes, (i'm not spending 10k on a surgery though be realistic )
