You people see before/after pictures that still aren’t perfect and JFL not realizing that some people are happy with looking better for less surgery.
Sure they could look best with more surgery (like BSSO) but the surgeon gives you your options and some people pick the compromise which is fine.
PSL Autists (myself included) probably wouldn’t be happy with that pathway though and would prefer Bimax which is what I’m saving up for.
