Why do niggs even eat raw ? It tastes like shit, and before you start with "ahh you're such a soyboy". Read the shit below

Boiling Milk
Reduces: Vitamin C + B Vitamins (10-15%)
Increases: Nothing

Boiling eggs
Reduces: B Vitamins (10-15%)
Increases: Protein and Biotin absorption

Cooking meat
Reduces: B Vitamins (10-15%)
Increases: Protein digestibility

Abstaining from overcooking on high heat can further nullify the reduction

Conclusion

In Milk, Vitamin A, D, E, K, all are lost 5-10% during boiling, minerals are not effected. Same goes for eggs, you risk cholestrol oxidation but that too only in Hard Boiled eggs, Same goes for meat.

Minerals are unaffected in all 3, Vitamins are affected 5-10%. These percentages are negligible

Avidin is a biocarbon transporter. Avidin is not harmful. What they do in the lab test tube has nothing to do with the human body, it won't bind to biotin.

You're too incompetent to talk on nutrition. And cooking does not "destroy" avidin, it barely lowers it.

Polyphenol content in grain-fed animal products is near 0%, grass-fed is completely different.

You also avoided all my other points. The risk is literally just from shit farms. Good farms track animal quality, e-coli and contamination are found nearly completely in mass farming, with no natural pasture.
