As we all know TikTok "looksmaxxers" are basically hostile to hardmaxxing and surgery talk in general. They think they're some virtue warriors moralfagging over the "evil .org users".

Why do you think they're constantly scrambling to find a new "debloat method"? Because it's easier to convince yourself your falios are related to bloat then a legitimate bone issue. So instead of "which surgery?" it's "drop the method bro? How do I get flared gonians from cardio??!"

It's either this or eternally fantasizing about surgeries they make no effort to actually acquire. 99% meme culture, 1% effort.

Before you know it they're making a gymcel "looksmaxxing" account where they're spun into a psychosis, their self-image in bold glamor, squinting and cheeksucking. It's just a new internet fad for them.

Any sane nigga know what is bloat & what is residual fat. They're promoting scam short term solutions to everything "quick fix". I'm BLOATED when drinking daily ungodly amonunt of beer, but when eating normal, living like a cog in the mashine it's not happening that easy, it's all BS, lose weight for real, don't eat tooo many carbs and drink water, go do some cardio or gym and it's hard to be visibly bloated - unless you're competing for some bodybuilding shit

I need to debloat. I suck. I have great bone mass but it's all covered under blubber even though I am slim.

Maybe settle for a "little less". I had REALLY striking features but when I was like 19 and in real twink mode, but I was a walking stick ngl..

Skip to 25, when at 15-17% bodyfat I looked the best /it's borderline fitness territory, face wasn't TOP anymore, but overall appeal was better. Now after 30 I was bloated as hell - meaning FAT at idk still healthy BMI (applies to me I'm not that gymcelled yet) now losing weight I'll reach 15-17% in 2-3 months again *hopefully

so if already slim & it's like monumental effort to loose 1-2% bodyfat to gain little bit more chiseled jaw I say it's not worth it, better working on body & it naturally debloats face when after the heavy training lol

I was typing all that shit thinking you're lower "slim" lol, so yeah - I was 21-22 recently so fucked up face, at 16% I look like a different person, now about 19 and going down, chicks already noticing

Yeah I haven't honestly seriously leanmaxxed. I did notice even a slight drop made my bones popping though.

Reducing overall body fat is going to be the key here. Buccal fat naturally decreases with age, but if you’re “skinny fat,” the issue is more about your overall body fat percentage rather than just buccal fat. A combination of a clean diet, strength training, and some low intensity cardio will help you lean out and get a more defined look, including in your face.

if ur bonemass is really that good, i would suggest staying 20bf% the nutrients from ur higher bf will lead to more bonemass in the long run and ur face will lean out with age anyways. thats what i did. found out in 2022 when i was at the start of puberty that I had slight hollow but small when lean. lurked here found out higher bf would be more beneficial during my development. boom 2024 and onwards good hollow cheeks at 20% bf. ascension can be ez with correct base and lifestyle

I am 24 though. Puberty was ages ago for me.

They are delusional lol. I thought u needed to debloat but now im at a very low bf percent I can literally binge eat carbs and sodium and have no bloat.

Its just cope tbh I think most people dont realise how much bodyfat they are holding
