Before going to bed I tell myself. I'm going to focus on my diet and my caloric deficit, I look at the top 1% physiques then look at my self and im disgusted by what I see, I literally have peak motivation but somehow still binge and fail, wtf is wrong with me ???????????

I swear, and my cut is 1.5kcals, i can't eat anything man, i wanna die.
only time I was lean was when I was 15 with anorexia :lul:

If you crave food really bad it could be you have a high candida count. That crap makes it hard not to eat.

i look in the mirror without a shirt and want to run a knife through my body even though i have made good progress for my resources
 
any tips for maintaining low calories
I have to eat a lot even when I'm cutting, it gets better as you get bigger because your body will require more food just to sustain itself.

Most people are motived at 3AM, till they wake up, and realise that they actually have to do something to achive there goals

That’s your problem you need to build some muscle then cut 1500cals isnt enough to sustain an adult man
