Wtf is wrong with my skin??

Idk how to detirmine what exactly this is but if anyone has any clues I could do my own research on how to fix it. Could it just be hormonal? My acne only gets bad when Im around my gf bc she stressed me out onb

It looks lt could be from dirty pillow cases and it would make sense if bc your girl friend is around if your at her hour or your house your guys hair oils would build up on the pillow case and if your not washing your pillow case that will 100% cause acne before you start over washing your face js make a simple change of washing your pillow cases then go from there
