WTF since when do you have to swear you won't cheat on university???

My homie and I went to join a uni a few days ago.


We got a piece of paper that said: "I swear I will....", which was followed by a long list of things. One that caught our attention was "...not cheat"


He looked at me and said "someone will have to die"


Since when is this a thing?

I am too high-inhib to cheat by having like earphones in my ears or a piece of paper next to me with answers.


I can only "cheat" if I somehow get to see the test beforehand.
