update from previous post I made 6 months ago. Cut my hair short and now the thinning is very visible, especially when my hair is wet. My hairline itself is not bad, but my hair is clearly thinning. What do I do? Hop on fin? I have already scheduled an appointment with my doctor, what do I tell her? Thanks in advance. Pics from today:

probably should hop on fin , ask ur doctor if its alright to do so. take multivitamins if ur diet is shit because stuff like iron or other vitamins make ur hair thin/look worse and stress also plays a major role but i doubt uve been that stressed lately

Im a uni student. Should I start caring less? I tend to overthing a lot, but do you really think the stress alone can do that? If so, is it reversable by destressing?
 
I also take multi vitamins, along with magnesium, vitamin B and fish oil every night before sleep. I get about 7-8 hours of sleep a day.

dont start caring less or u will fail classes lmao , studying and paying attention is still very important just maybe get therapy if u can afford it , might sound dumb but it might help u take out ur worries to a professional , yes it reversible if u change ur lifestyle

might also just be genetic not necessarily stress itself , u might also have pattern hair loss and this is the beginning but again im not a professional so dont take what i say to heart. these are just my guesses

I have an uncle who is thinning but I cannot recall anyone in my family being bald. My father has a full set of hair, my grandfather on my mothers side had a full set of hair etc. I might have gotten whatever genetics my uncle got. For the possible pattern hair loss I might just talk to my doctor and hop on fin.
