well if you take anavar you need a test base + test will not have any effect on your growth plates as long as your e2 is in range

all androgens are directly anabolic to bone, theres nothing that special about anavar besides it being a slight corticosteroid blocker but it has the most evidence for increasing height velocity because its preferred in studies for its low side effects

it may also be more selective to bone than other compounds as it increases height velocity more than equivalent doses of testosterone but thats hard to measure because theres no true "equivalent dose" between different compounds as they exert their effects via different mechanisms

tren increases igf sensitivity so it will help with height velocity beyond AR activation and will make your gh more anabolic too

i personally got a growth spurt after hopping on tren and im not even on gh

i think thyroid support is unnecessary unless your on double digit ius of growth obviously if you get thyroid issues take some t3 or something but t3 is catabolic and only good for cutting

my current cycle is 200 test 150 tren and anavar occasionally and this triggered a growth spurt

i would run something similar but if your doing it for height something like 200 test 150 tren 50mg anavar daily 8 ius growth + arimidex based on bloodwork/side effects, if you want some more muscle gains up the test and throw in a little eq

just do it your plates look like they are about to close your gonna regret it if you don't maximize the last bit of growth you have left you might never reach your genetic potential + even if you don't get taller you will get alot of muscle gain ofc
