X-ray analyse?

I found a x ray picture that a doctor has done, because i had nose problems. Could somebody see anything special from this picture?
Im still unsure which surgery i should get. Probably i need to get some better xrays.

Well yes in the X-ray your jaw looks narrow.

So widening the jaw is only possible with chin wing and then implants? I also have crazy narrow mandible, but i think mandible expansion alone will only widen the teeth, but not the mandibular bone?

You need masseter hypertrophy. Start with chewing a large piece of gum every day. Gradually increase the size of the piece. I recommend using the same piece a lot since the artificial sweeteners in gum might not be actually good for you in excessive amounts. When the masseters have become strong enough, buy a jawline working device like jawsersize. Go for the hardest level and work your jaw like hell. It worked for me. I used to have a narrow subhuman jaw but now mine's actually pretty decent
