Taking into account that the bones to evaluate growth plates in the context of heightmaxxing are the knee, ankle and wrist, if at least one of these bones has closed plates does this mean that I should not do heightmaxxing? Or how do you determine whether or not it is appropriate to do heightmaxxing by looking at the results of growth plate x-rays? :feelshmm:

Wrist is not that accurate since wrist growth plates don’t actually contribute to height of course.
Ankle growth plates generally close 1-2 years earlier.
Knee would be the best in my opinion, I got knee X-ray
