Use it 1x per week at like 0.5 mg (you pretty much get 95% of the gaisn at that dose why increase the dose and gets sides that supposing you weight less than 80 kg)

i guess it can help if you don't have any cross tolerance to it from hypnotics or alcohol, but you have to stay on low doses and not use it frequently. when you get to the point where you need 5 mg just to feel anything, it's no different than getting drunk

But if you abuse it, it will feel like a tranquil sort of calm feeling and you will start drooling all over the place, can cause withdrawals so I don’t recommend this
