Turquoise is Middle Eastern. Blue is European. Red is West African. Purple is Central African.
All the Lebanese samples have a notable European ancestry of >30%. The GBR sample is overwhelmingly European with a small Middle Eastern component. No matter how you slice it, mixing both of these groups creates someone >50% European. Possibly in line with that Tuscan sample.
The average Lebanese has notable European ancestry. It is virtually impossible for a mixed British/Lebanese to be anything but predominantly European.
