facial Triangular Graph Measuring method - TGM method
logic explination - maxilla growth has projection on skin this is sumn thats alr well known and used by orthodontist and morphologists
lower maxilla projection - before showin the whole method i recommend usin both these lines to get the correct lower maxillary measurements
TGM method - requires to split the lips - falum to nose angle into 4 parts
complete frontal measure based on lip curve + nose
u take the curve shape n split it into 4 from down up:
1st falum angle line is upper maxilla measure
2nd angle cut 1 + recession line for confirmation line is lower maxilla measure
3rd nose angle cut 2 is chin measure
4th nasal hole upper line is gonion measure
applies objectively
examples of usage :
front profile maxillary measurements - consists of one part wich is symmetry measurements

heres how it looks

lets start with function keys :
x,y axis - x = guard dymorphism ; y = maxillary dymorphism
black line line (psl line) - true balance indicator and x in X.x as in if X = 6 n x = 5 then X.x/10 => 6.5/10 : its a graphic represtation of the fraction x
blue line (balance line) - the x to y ratio graphical representation
measurements :
do not add balance to the final score
avg maxilla growth => maxilla symmetry + maxilla growth
avg guard growth => guard symmetry + guard growth
notes :
1* for dymorphic indicators use the durousseau (full maxilla) vs ljungberg (full guard) and compare both models to the model u wanna rate
2* avg 5 is the base where u start ur measurements - it changes the y but not the x
in other words the base gows from x,y = 0,0 to x,y = 0,-1
3* reading graph to set level based on calculations u must do so u can set it right on graph y -1 and x -1
4* there are more 5s than 10s in this world thats how ranges and pyramid scales work same thing here
5* balance isnt required for final score - its an insight value
