Y’all Dont Really Understand What It Means to Be Black

Yesterday my man @Gengar said “I should be thanking the darkskins” to me, and at the time I actually had a laugh and it reminded me of some events that happened to me in relation to this comment.

Right at the top, I remember when I was in a bar with a group of friends and there was this black dude on the other side of the bar. I was watching the news and they were talking about about someone who drove their car into their girlfriend, who was pregnant, and his own child, and end up killing both. They were about to show his face, and I ALREADY KNEW he was black… At this moment, for whatever reason I look in the direction of the black dude, and let me tell you, he is already looking me in the eyes and shaking his head, I could tell you for sure, he also knew it as well… His face said it all.

Another thing that happens quite often is that when my brother and I hear or see on the news that the perpetrator of some disgusting act of violence is black, we just end up laughing atp… We’ve been disappointed so many times that this has become our reaction…

The stigma the decent black dude has to carry its insane… Most of yall dont even understand… So jfl at “thanking the darkskins”.

you could probably create a pretty solid correlation between percentage of black genes and probability of criminal offense in mixed people

But it’s difficult to limit this to just genes

I don’t think genes are directly responsible, but most darkskins come from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, don’t get much of an education + are easily misled by stuff they are programmed to chase in social media.. all because of their environment

I feel the darker skins have capability to do well if they were raised well, but majority are lower class

Anyways, whether this is because of genetic predisposition towards violence or the fact that darker skinned blacks tend to come from poorer environments, you’re 100% right that the higher % of black genes leads to increased criminal offense

Which is why I’ll never be racist towards a dark skinned nigga but I’ll always be clutching my wallet

The environmental aspect is certainly a factor- but the genetic aspect is also largely to blame for such an environment. Even impoverished whites/jeets/chinks don’t seem to suffer from the same issues/tendency towards crimes that blacks do.

Anecdotally, I notice that many poor non-black ethnics/whites tend to support each other and emphasize community. With many blacks(not all of course), they often actively put each other down and will go out of their way to pull down fellow blacks trying to make a good life.

It sucks to see the degenerates that stick out in the black community. Many of us are dissapointed and ashamed of these kinds of people but many want to be proud of being black. The standards are so warped that the minority make up how the majority are seen. I understand self hating coons because I used to be one. Nigerian(Dark Skins) immigrants are more successful than Dominicans(Light Skins) in the U.S. though.

So, it's not monolithic at all. There's plenty of poor Light skin niggas in the streets.

What me and @TheLightOfMyLife were talking about was more for native AA, and the reason you suggested is 100% right + is why I don’t think it’s genes myself, as I explained in that post.

I guess there’s a difference between African Americans and real Africans, and why real Africans in fact look down upon you guys.
Unlike them, who have carried their traditions for thousands of years.. your ancestors have been bred by the white man during slavery & you lost your roots
With no base/foundation, it’s to be expected that there’s no desire to protect culture

So out of all people who are 10% black, what % commit crimes.. compared to out of all people who are 11% black, what % commit crimes.. com-
