So im thinking canthoplasty + brow reduction + rhinoplasty first then orbital box osteotomy if it still looks bad. What is yall opinion on it?

i haven't really looked into surgeries like that because i don't need it but i think it could (nvm I was wrong)

nothing is going to fix your ipd to that degree other than obo. You can fraud it with the cantho but if you are in a position obo and are willing to tolerate the complication risk absolutely nothing beats that.

I don’t know what’s going on with gio scotti girl, she was never a role model here until 2024/25.
I’m pretty sure her ESR is in the tier 2-3 range
Wider ESR is preferred for the females tho she is on the higher end
I think there's a big difference between his and her ESR, .47 vs .49?

Im in the process of establishing connection with a surgeon in asia regarding this matter.
I would be looking to get OBO to go from 0.437 to 0.465 ESR.
I’m not as extreme a case as you, if I ever decide to go through with it it would probably be in 2–3+ years.
I will see if I can even come to an agreement with him. Im going to do it if it really starts to seriously bother me which is only
a matter of time
For now im having jaw surgery in may and some soft tissue work done around my eyes later on so i hope it will lead me away from this "dumb" idea.
Wider ESR is very essential to look more striking which is a very important thing to me

I don't know any more details about him yet, I might schedule a face 2 face consultation soon.
All I know is that he performed over 20k craniofacial surgeries and he has 28 years of experience.
Does OBO's often.

Let me put u on game aswell, If u really wanna change the appearence of wideset eyes consider an undereye implant and make sure u speak with ur surgeon so he can make it look as squinty as possible, I have wideset wyes like u do and ive found them way less noticable when i squint and i found out that infra implants basically do that and while fixing any under eye issues u got, Just take a pic squinting and see if u like it first tho but rhino is a good option to tho just make sure u get ur bridge taller and not make ur nose tooooo thin

I mean if you want to raise the lower eyelid, you can just get a lower eyelid lift (usually part of cantho). It's specifically designed for that. Infra implants aren't originally designed to specifically raise your lower eyelid, not even sure if they can, according to this forum it can so I'll just believe it for now.
