I never had problems digesting anything really but I did also read a lot of novels and watch a ton of shit before shifting to anime

mirin tbh, I'm just getting into LNs but yeah monster is really long and abit heavy so novels def helped in your case. unrelated but if your a vet then I recommend kaiji ts is hella good and underrated
