Carb backloading didn’t do shit for my post Finasteride syndrome. I have gotten this horrid permanent disease at only age 16, in a time where looks matter the absolute most.

I’m about tired of this world for me where there’s no fun to be had and I’m surrounded by low T soy boys and females neither of which will talk to me because of my disturbing collagen.

Not even to mention my libido.

Supposed to put your hormones in a direction good for PFS, increasing androgen sensitivity and such.

A few months ago I did it accidentally, I broke my fast with keto foods and I was lying in bed still hungry. I ate like 20 birthday cake Oreos (220g carbs) at 9:00pm and the next day all my sides were like 50% better, collagen was back, libido was back, etc.

Tried it, doesn’t do much of anything for me. This is a hormonal issue, not a collagen issue like I first thought. My collagen is bad because of my hormones so stuff like peptides won’t do shit for me.

You fast for the entire day and then eat all of your carbs are night at like 9:00pm.
