yellow teeth - toothpaste issue?

~ fluoride ones are good
~ fluoride ones are bad, makes u a retard
~ don't use toothpaste, use oils

Recently, over the past 6 months, my teeth have been yellowing (no, I don't smoke). I tried to brush 2x a day, but it's still yellow. What should I do?

Suggest to me what ingredients my toothpaste should have

my stats
- I never had any cavity or sm other shi blah blah
- I never had any issues with my tooth and had to go through a root canal or sm other shi
- Most of my teeth are straight, except for a few exceptions

nope, not at all.

And it's not just about the yellow teeth, the toothpaste which my mom gets every time is so shitty, like OMFG it doesn't even feel good brushing, and there's this alienated feeling left in the mouth after brushing with it that stays for the whole day, and it feels so fucking shitty I'm not even kidding

Also, my teeth are not "THAT" Yellow, it's more like a tinted version of yellow
