Most societies are fine with local clothing. There is not 'Islamic clothing' for most, only shariah compliant clothing (covers hair, tits, and body). That means theae types of clothing are all Shari'a compliant and they are neither Chador or burkha. Only certain schools of thoughts think clothing should be universalised and Islam determined a specific clothing for men and women. This is why you see the same types dressed like Arabs from the desert in -8°C weather. I had the same convo with @JohnDoe technically "western clothing" is fine as long as it's as modest as below.
