Don't worry its a high chance that it's not permanent and tommorow you're face is gonna look normal again if you're face dosen't look normal again after a week or some days then it's serious. Either your face is bloated on one side or one is flat because you just woke up from sleeping from my guess 8 hours on one side. Thats my guess
