yo guys, why im not getting any progress with calorie deficit?

around 14%bf, 172cm ~ > 67kg.
eating 2k cal day, cardio 30-60m, gym 5x week, steps 5-15k per day, still not seeing any difference on my bodyfat :feelsrope:
any tips?

How long are you on calorie deficit? Also 2K calories doesn't look like enough of a deficit considering you are a dwarf

Get on water fast bro. The "exercise, calorie counting" shit is cope for most averagecels. We gotta do something extremes to see results

Test will definitly boost by a few thousand % but yeah, your growth will b e fucked. Why didnt you mention that earlier? Then just hold your wings till you are 19 nigga. Once your facial features and physical growth is completely over, then do these shits bro. Not worth it rn. You are trying to exchange your growth and important years of facial bones with your fucking starvemaxxing. You are gonna regret that your whole life. Puberty doesn't occur twice. Eat good, sleep and do some activities for now. That's it.

Start journaling how often you take a dump. I'm a constipationcel and I've been in a weight loss plateau for like 16-19 days now. Are you having problems in that area? That could potentially explain why you stopped losing weight. The dump I had last night was like the first dump I had in nearly 5 days.

Fasting is better, my friend lost 12 kgs and also grew 3 inches as he broke his fast with high insulin meal.

Fast for 12 hours, Sprint (Optional), Break it with meat, eggs, milk, and rice.(This is what I do)

isnt that gonna stunt my growth?
A growth spurts isn’t gonna not occur because you are on a lower calorie intake, if you do notice a height increase while on the diet, i would stop it and bulk straight away to gain as much height as possible

ok, but im not even sure if the extra cals help for the growth, usually all the tall guys are are skinny asf and eat very little amount of food

+ im sure you don’t even track your calories you just estimate
If i was you i would just eat Keto diet + buy potassium gluconate supplements
(Try to hit the 3-5xrda off vitamin and mineral)
Its really hard to be in a caloric surplus when your in Keto and worst case scenario your hormones T3 and testosterone and hgh would increase your lypolisis anyway
Also reccomend to fast your breackfast and if you can do fasted cardio
If you get hungry just take caffeine drink of your choice aslong its 0 calories

i do track my calories with yazio
