I see people talking about this a good bit but wtf is it

The whole caber, prolactin, dopamine thing is really interesting. Caber has been promising for much more than prolactin issues, improving autoimmune diseases such as Parkinson's, lupus and even ulcerative colitis. It acts on the dopamine receptor D2.

Has anyone here used it solo? Tell me your experiences. I feel kinda low dopamine lately tbh and could probably use sth such as caber.
