Yohimbine HCL gave me an anxiety attack yesterday

Yesterday I took some yohimbine hcl on an empty stomach and got an anxiety attack. I felt all shaky, weird. My heart started beating fast, I felt jitters, everything seemed overwhelming. Very weird experience.

Yes. Yohimbine prevents uptake of noradrenaline into a neuron, and leaves it in the synapse it's been used in studies to invoke panic attacks but it depends on how your mind interprets it some interpret it as exciting, some as anxiety etc. I knew about this side effect but i still took yohimbine anyway because it is proven to aid in fat loss. Its hard to describe but I felt nervous. Like I was in a do or die situation even though I was just jogging in a park.

I'll reduce the dosage. I took it right before my morning run
