Eh. The most charming speakers in the world are not women. yes there are different types of intelligence but I would argue men excel higher at both. Even if women have it higher on paper, they don’t seem to be able to realize this ability to the same extent as men in the real world.

I wouldn’t know how to gauge it, but when interacting with women I’ve never been impressed by their verbal ability. On the contrary I’ve been impressed by various men’s verbal ability on many occasions.

i imagine I have a high verbal intelligence as I’ve been told on many occasions that I should be a salesman, or a public speaker and that I have the “gift of gab.” I can run circles around most people in conversation and never stumble over my words. I’ve never met a woman that can speak as clearly, convincingly or eloquently as myself. I’ve never met a woman who I couldn’t dominate verbally. When it comes to people I interact with, it is only men that sometimes use vocabulary that I don’t know. I’ve never had to ask a woman what a word means. Similarly, I’ve never spoken to a woman and had the impression that she is a genius, where there are a few men I’ve spoken to whose intelligence oozes off of them via their speech. They speak fast which is evidence of their hyperactive brains, but they never trip over their words. They are able to verbalize complex thoughts instantly and with precision. Then think of comedians, a career where a higher verbal intelligence is an advantage. In regards to whit, banter, and storytelling, it is still men who excel. Debate clubs around the world are filled almost exclusively with men who wish to use speech as a weapon in battle.

There is expected to be outliers in any form of intelligence but if males have generally lower verbal IQ, they seem to produce many more outliers in this regard than with women, where you’d expect it to be the other way around.

To your last point about spacial intelligence, and to add to the concept of males excelling as a whole, I spent many years skateboarding and drawing, two activities which require a higher level of spatial awareness. Along with my verbal abilities, I was very good at both these other non verbal activities. I’m no savant but I’d be hard pressed to find a woman who is generally more intelligent than I am. It is often embarrassing to meet a woman who has achieved more than me yet is unable to keep up in a conversation, or who’s ideas, albeit compelling, upon further examination are poorly constructed. So women on average may excel verbally but at the highest peaks of performance they can’t hold a candle to men who excel verbally and those men may also show a greater degree of general intelligence. High verbal IQ, isn’t necessarily feminine in this way. This as opposed to mathematics which can be described as necessarily masculine because at the highest levels men will still dominate. The best way to put it is that very high degrees of intelligence in all domains is a more masculine than feminine trait. Even in regards to emotional intelligence which women prize as their own, the most sophisticated emotions are usually reserved to men.
