Many people don"t really have adhd, or they are not lazy, they are just not utilizing their body properly, so they can use it at 100% procent

There are so many people which take supplemente, without having an ideea if they really need them or no

You wanna make sure you have a deficiency of a certain vitamin before you take it and megadose it like a faggot, otherwise u might end up having too much in your body which will cause side effects

For example Vitamin D3, most of the generation nowadays have a deficiency of d3, which will result in being lazy, joint pain, fatigue, etc

Studies shows that Bringing your d3 levels to an optimal level could make people that use antideppresants to quit them

Same goes for a lot of other vitamins and minerals which people neglect

Gut health is also not a joke, having dysbiosis and GI issuee could make u deppressed, since stomach is like 2nd brain

How do you fix all of this ? This is just a teaser, soon i will post a full detalied guide with every vitamin and all the tests you should do to be able to healthmaxx completely and use your body at 100%

pretty much every person in the west has a vitamin d deficit nowadays

in winter there isnt enough sun and in summer we block it with sun screen

Good thread. I've been feeling very demotivated and fucking de energized for the past 2 weeks. I've been just laying in my bed all day and gooning like 1-2 times and wondering why im so tired all the time. I sleep for 8-10 hours and still get tired very fast. Also feel like my brain gave up and my cognitive functions suffered a 40% decrease in its level. Brain is foggy and slow af, have trouble forming sentences and even thoughts, searching for the words everyone knows and are used very often for too long, word gaps in sentences. Feel like i cant get up and go to school after 9-10 hours of sleep

Vitamin D3 is so important that is almost considered a hormone nowadays. It really could give u symptoms as having low T.

I just found out this year that im deficient in vitamin C, D3 , B9 and iron . also low b9 will use all b12 u have so basically having a b12 deficiency aswell

not only does it give u low T symptoms, it actually reduces your T if youre deficit

What form did you take ?
Try out magn gylcinate as it is good for falling asleep.
all magnesium forms give me bad effects

i dont need it anyway since i have normal magnessium levels already
 
I designed a whole food supplementary diet that includes all the micronutrients / vitamins to the RDA values while having a minimal amount of calories.

I also take a multivitamin and other supplements including the obvious D3, all from well respected brands to avoid fakery.

I am also in manual control of my hormones, with TRT and regular blood tests.

I’m still unmotivated and low energy. It’s not your diet, it’s your shitty life, you have no reason to get up.
