I grew my muscle for the most part with 180mg of Testosterone a week but at the start I literally was natty with a level of 860ng/dl

But I stopped coping with my natural levels when I was approaching 30.

insane natty levels ngl, were you following a specific diet to maintain that amount? average is like 450 ng/dl nowadays. and only test is crazy. you look insane, thought you would atleast be on tren aswell

Yes I used tren at one point. However tren gives you a specific look that you can't really maintain forever. It's very short lived so waste of time unless competing. It does shower masculine your face a bit and ages you. I mostly built my body on testosterone.

I personally think it's best to be natty or just use testosterone. Blast it for a few months at maybe 300-500 then swap to trt for a long time. That's what I do. I just trt forever. I tried blasting and I really don't enjoy the sides of that. I feel good within this range. I tested at around 1300ng/dl not too long ago and thats where I hover permanently


I use testosterone undeconate. It's a uncommon testosterone ester and mainly used for long term trt
