At least if you are semi depressed. (Prone to depresseion/neurotic)
The thing is you shouldn't focus on them. Only focus on future goods.
List of problems
Oh I'm short.. You get tall, suddently oh "my face is ugly.."
My job socks.. You stop it, suddently oh I "have zero money.."
No girlfriend.. You get one, suddenly oh "she could be better.."
Ohh I'm aging.. suddently you fall and hit your head and break some bones.. "Lucky I'm even alive, I wasted my time then, I was soo strong 1 week ago..."

There will always be problems. Appreciate what you have now at least, and be grateful, and continue bettering yourself and follow your path
