Didnt mean to say that low ipd looks better than wide or disagree that higher ipd is better. Just wanted to drop some lifefuel that its not death sentence in every case. On the end of day if u have good bone structure, good features and rest of your ratios are fine then one bad feature will not ruin it compeletly.

Use iphone boxe parts or anything similar at the edge of a table, and place it around the most posterior part of your zygimatic arch (near your ears).
3 mm bizygimatic arch implant can add 6 mm to your face width, and gived you a better fhwr.
But before that you need to get mse/msdo,
and get a high lefort 1 bimax.
Ascention guaranted as long as you aren't a nosecell (Shit midface ratio even if you were to get a smaller philtrum due to a bird tier nose).
Also you can get a forehead widening implant (to make it as wide as the back part of your skull).

I gave you all the legit looksmaxxing silutions that may not be all usefull for you in the case the face part they improve are already ideals.

those measurements (which in the end, im not really sure if they are accurate, show that average for 6'1 is 64mm indeed (This database says cavill is 64mm btw)
