Is this a feature I would choose to augment what I already have? Or if I was creating a face out of scratch?

tbh I think I would go for better forward projection of my cheekbones because my other failos are easier to fix

edit: I completely retract my cheekbone statement, I’d take the perfect nose in a heartbeat as I don’t trust rhinoplasty
