Not a good solution but probably the one that might save you from being recognized as an aspie and that's the reality. Contact frauding is the most obvious by far, other surgeries as well. It's something you have to accept if u hardmax but the benefits of hardmax besides that friend group are probably massive tbh.

almost all benefits of looksmaxing are social, so dropping your entire social life makes no sense.

IMO looksmaxing to any signidicant degree can only be done for example when you move countries
