Reviewing the body fat % of users here is an excellent way of judging how serious they are about looksmaxing. It requires discipline day in & day out. You cannot cheat your way in.
If you cannot abstain from certain foods, you certainly won't have the will to go forth with your plans of getting your face cut open. It's why I believe most users here are fundamentally satisfied with their current looks, they're not willing to do what it takes.

The lingo used is irrelevant, what matters is what you do. Looksmaxer, a person working on themselves whatever- the term attached is of no relevance. Most here just never achieve anything of substance in regard to improving their looks. Call it bluepilled but the most guys here will do is a haircut, a shower, and some grooming.

Facts that shit is hard tho and I barely see any attractive women for weeks and Instagram seems fake so I lose motivation I used drugs before too leanmaxx but now I'm broke

Im not obese but 18% is 100% not lean

Absolutely. It’s the biggest thing that CAN make a difference. Along with gymcelling, but gymcelling is already about lowering bodyfat anyway

I would get high out of my mind and forget I was hungry it also helped sleeping with an empty stomach at night which is hell

Leanmaxxing is a long-term endeavor, the goal here isn't to be lean for three weeks and back to skinny fat for the rest of the year. It's to be lean all throughout the year, which is why drugs are not reliable. You will have to force your way to it.

Getting lean is dictated by the micro-decision you choose to take throughout the day. Should I eat this donut or not? Should I go out and eat some fries with my friends?

All these decisions you are faced with daily and regardless of whether you feel like it or not, you will have to make the decision you know aligns with your goals. Which is what makes it so challenging. It's a reflection of your resolve to get to where you want to be.

Yeah I know I guess backthen I placed more value in actually getting women but ever since fucking escorts and getting a kiss I just see them as dirty whores but I always wished I was completely looksmaxxed when being around or talking to an attractive woman which barely happens anymore as I'm also a neet and barely go outside

You need to looksmax because you demand a certain standard. You need to looksmax because you're not content with anything less. You have to learn to enjoy the process, although difficult at times, you have to see the bigger picture.

You can, although habitually eating these will do more harm than good if you're struggling to reach your desired body fat %.

It's not just calories though. A calorie isn't a calorie. The body processes foods in distinct ways which all impact your weight management. The energy cost to metabolize fat, carbs, and protein is different. Protein reduces appetite and fiber reduces calorie absorption. Just to mention a few.

leanmaxxing is so fucking hard man i only eat what my parents give me , i stopped eating junk food and went from 25% body fat to 20, i actually talked with my mom ablut this yesterday she said shell make and buy what i ask i have to make a list though ill read a ray peat book first

Leanmaxing when you are dependent on what others cook for you just makes it all the more difficult.
The most you can do is just avoid eating the stuff you know is bad for you. That's half of the work, to be honest.

I'm just tryna stray as further away as possible from being a betabuxxer I can't even have a normal conversation with women because they only care about looks and don't really love you for who you are so I really don't have anything else and as I've been sub 8 now for years and have no money I've been lonely

Everything should be balanced, the point here isn't to become so radicalized that you cannot view the opposite as anything but vile creatures. It's merely to identify and acknowledge their underlying tendencies, even if they say otherwise. Men are not much unlike women, they can be just as vile.

I am not a big fan of counting calories either. This I why I prefer to just eat fewer meals and whole foods that provide lots of volume.

The thing is some people fall for the "bro be 18% body fat if you're <12% you'll be small bro" meme.

Being a twink or skeleton is definitely not ideal ofc and muscle mass matters but lower bf% should always be prioritized over size in aesthetics.
