This is so fucked up because if you're both recessed and have a weak ass short ramus you can never have both bimax and jaw implants that will address the vertical issue (that is if you can even afford any of them, lol)
Because after bumax your masseter is basically fucked up and already stretched out so if you add an implant on top of it you're guaranteed to look awful and uncanny
