As a natural you need to be in a caloric surplus for 3-5 year’s, progressing weight on the compound lift’s getting stronger, and doing less VOLUME. and more INTENSITY. You cannot grow any muscle if you are doing fluff work (aka. 8-12 reps for 4-5 sets). The minute you stop lifting you are going to deflate. That’s why you need to get stronger on the COMPOUND MOVEMENT’S and progress in strength to tell your body’s natural state without any exogenous hormones or androgen binding receptors (steroid use) to force your body to grow a dense solid physique (as a natural lifter).

natural lifting is incredibly SLOW and yes obviously steroid’s help achieve superhuman gain’s in less then 3 year’s but this is a guide for natural’s. Stop lifting like a IBBF bodybuilding pro they are lifting 8-12 rep’s and 5 set’s because their enhanced body allow’s them to do it because of the increasing speed of muscle repairing. You will not sustain a 6 day PPL as a natural because it take’s 48-72 hour’s for your muscle’s or any other involuntary muscle’s used during the workout. Stop doing more then 2 ISLOATIONS per workout!!!. i get what you mean but you still need muscles to appeal to girls. SMV wise a skinny chad is the equivelent to a jacked HTN

Compound lift's : Bench press, squat,deadlift,overhead press, rows.

isolations: any excerise which target one single muscle group only hence the name "isloation" so for example. "bicep" curls, "Tricep" pulldowns. some excerises dont have the muscle group in the name of the excerise for example . Lateral raise is for your 'lateral' delts.

Muscle growth by androgen binding recptor’s joining with each other. The word hypertrophy implied enhanced use of exogenous substance’s. This is not for natural’s LITERALLY

Good safe amount of dose tbh. Anything more then 200mg of Testosterone is already where the memes of the side effects appear.

its decent but too much unnecessary isolations. As a natural only the compound lifts will make you grow mass and the 5x5 is so simple but effective at achieving more muscle. https://stronglifts.com/5x5/

Not doing enough isolation is a common beginner mistake. Many beginners do compound-only 5x5 programs and then find they have underdeveloped medial and rear delts, biceps, triceps, and hamstrings.

It doesn’t hurt to do a few isolations for shoulders and arms.

The majority of the exercises in the program are compound.

depends on goals as mine is too purely build a good strength base but if your aiming to achieve for aesethetic's then just change the 5x5 a little by incorparating more missing muscle groups lacking, muscles lacking in the 5x5 are like the side delts, biceps,lats etc. so you can add those in the 5x5 if you want. also u dont have to exactly do those excerises in the 5x5 the squat frequency is so high you can change it up tbh.
