As a natural you need to be in a caloric surplus for 3-5 year’s, progressing weight on the compound lift’s getting stronger, and doing less VOLUME. and more INTENSITY. You cannot grow any muscle if you are doing fluff work (aka. 8-12 reps for 4-5 sets). The minute you stop lifting you are going to deflate. That’s why you need to get stronger on the COMPOUND MOVEMENT’S and progress in strength to tell your body’s natural state without any exogenous hormones or androgen binding receptors (steroid use) to force your body to grow a dense solid physique (as a natural lifter).
natural lifting is incredibly SLOW and yes obviously steroid’s help achieve superhuman gain’s in less then 3 year’s but this is a guide for natural’s. Stop lifting like a IBBF bodybuilding pro they are lifting 8-12 rep’s and 5 set’s because their enhanced body allow’s them to do it because of the increasing speed of muscle repairing. You will not sustain a 6 day PPL as a natural because it take’s 48-72 hour’s for your muscle’s or any other involuntary muscle’s used during the workout. Stop doing more then 2 ISLOATIONS per workout!!!. Your body will not grow the SIZE with isloation’s as a natural you MUST do the compound lift’s to GROW otherwise you wont grow and stay the same fluff look that deflate’s in less then a 1 minute…
Be in a CALORIC SURPLUS the first 3-5 year’s of lifting ! I don’t care if you get fat you will NEED to do it if you want a good natural physique… after the 3-5 year peroidization of being in a surplus then cut back down INCREDIBLY SLOW because as a natural you cannot cut fast. This will take 3-5 year’s to again get back down to maintainaing weight. You need a good strength base if you want to build muscle or you body’s natural state won’t be forced to grow. Of course you will get joint pain, and long term injurie‘s but thats the same as being enhanced there is no difference.
