You can't compare skull size in pictures

Skull size differences are ususally pretty small between humans, how close someone is to the camera is way more important to how big their head will look even if just slightly closer

This is because of distortion and the fact that 2d images cant portray depth perception like you have irl

Best way to tell is to compare the iris to the face since it's basically the same size on everyone
