You can't have a stand out personality because having a "good personality" is just having a normal personality.
It's saying the things that you are "supposed to say", which is just saying the same stuff that everyone else would say in your situation.
This isn't a hard thing to do. By the time you're an adult it's obvious what you are supposed to say and so everyone is doing it.
People with a "bad personality" are a minority (for example low IQ people or people with mental disorders).
So people can't actually rank each other by personality, it's more of a yes/no filter type of deal where most people are a yes. So what are people left to rank each other's worth by?
Looks, money and status.
TLDR:
If you're not an autist then don't waste your time trying to have a "good personality". If people don't like you it's probably because you're not good looking enough, too poor, or too much of a "loser" for their standards.
