no matter how much you lift, if the facial structure isn’t there, you’ll never hit that top-tier look.

lifting can help with posture, bodyfat, and overall presence, sure — but it won’t change bone structure, eye shape, or jaw projectio
people keep acting like the gym is the ultimate fix when it’s really just one piece of the puzzle.
at the end of the day, you can build a great body and still look average if your face genetics are bad. that’s just reality.
