All I ate today were eggs and nuts and now I’m waiting for some chicken to be cooked. I feel like I’m going to die any moment. I don’t know how I’m going to reach 3500 calories per day since I’m trying to gain weight, but man, respect to those who actually do this. Everything is easier said on paper than done!
Any tips for doing this while also feeling less miserable? Maybe I should just meditate the hunger away
