So basically God is just because whatever He does is called just.

Just has no inherent structure and nature to it, it’s just what god does? That’s a circular argument

So god decided that rape was good and you’ll go to heaven if you rape, rape would be just?

It's not murder since God ordered it, it's killing. God gives life and He takes away as He pleases.
