I see too many 14-16 year olds thinking they should get surgery the second that you can save up some scrape together enough money, opting for the cheapest surgeon available.. Doesn't work like that and that's a terrible way to approach it. Surgery is a one time things. One and done you only get a single shot so make sure it is the best shot you have. Get second opinions, get as informed as you can. Like my dad would say An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.


You do not approach with a rushed scarcity mindset. You get surgery when you can comfortably cover the cost and the follow ups, recovery and in case a botch happens that surgery also. But muh bro I'm feeling suicidal and feel like killing myself living in this body. I need surgery rn. No you don't and you are going to feel 10x more suicidal with deep BPD if you don't get the desired outcomes.. this is how someone High IQ approaches surgery.

I technically could go ahead with the surgery right now, but I'm deliberately holding back. Money isn't the main issue it's more about the logistics and the social aspect of it as an adult who isn't a social recluse and has responsibilities over his head. I don't know how I will be able to explain any of this to my parents, my friend. It's not like I can just disappear for two months without anyone noticing recovery time alone requires serious planning. Not to mention you need to mentally prepare yourself for all this. It isn't easy. It's not uncommon for patients to end up in depression and end up with the real BPD the kind that makes you want to harm yourselfm


That's why I'm taking this process seriously. Getting multiple consultations, gathering second opinions, reading research papers, and speaking directly with experienced surgeons to understand the risks, expected outcomes, and best possible approach. This isn't something to rush into it's a major decision that changes your body, health, and lifestyle long term. You need to plan and play your cards properly. This is non-negotiable. Just do yourself a favour and don't get surgery if you are not willing to put in the due diligence. You are just doing mental mastrubation at that point.

Only "cheap" option I'd recommend is korea but even then they up the price for foreigners and tend to give less of a shit about foreign patients

Turkey has promise especially with giant as an up and comer that might chance the scene if he chadifies clav.

I'm not doing anything unless it's covered by insurance, since I do qualify to get my overbite fixed for free it just sounds shady to get it done through insurance, like for example getting cucked by insurance for them opting for the cheapest option. I haven't done much research on it but do they tend to do that?

That’s kinda why I feel the worst for manlets because if you’re ugly you can cope with body and maybe fraud some parts of your face while you figure out a plan but I’d find it hard to keep going if I was like 5’6
LL being probably the most expensive surgery along with downtime of struggling to use your legs
