That's such a fucking lie. Anthony Chaffee is a liar "muh raw and cooked meat digest at the same rate".

Just had explosive diarrhea that last two times I had cooked meat. Spent $20 on meals that I didn't digest any of.

What's your general practitioner gonna help with? I know it's my body detoxing the cooked meat. Cooked meat is full of carcinogens like heterocyclic amines from cooked protein, lipid peroxides from cooked fat, acrylamides from cooked starch/bread, heavy metals from the stove itself and free radicals. Plus the meat is almost always previously frozen and salted.

Cooking = 80% reduction in nutrient
Previously frozen = 80% reduction in nutrients
Salt = 50% reduction in nutrients

1/5 x 1/5 x 1/2 = You get 1/50 the nutrition you get from most meat than you get from fresh raw meat.

and put all that together.. -110% nutrients, you will literally die of energy loss if you eat too much cooked meat..

and that's what happens... cooked meat eaters stop producing stomach acid at the age of 80... they eventually deal with gout, uric acid, osteoporosis, grey hair

humans are meant to live to at least 120
