My point was not even that. Yes GLP1s and DNP mog to oblivion and I use them. My point was you need a calorie deficit as you said, so I have no idea why anyone would not track calories. It is like trying to get to a destination without directions. It is common sense to track your calorie intake to maintain a constant calorie deficit.

Also GLP1s are definitely not unhealthy and neither is DNP with non retarded dosing. DNP is neurogenic, mitogenic, anticatabolic, sensitizes insulin and releases PUFA.

I honestly have no idea how many calories I eat. I just know I maintain my weight essentially no matter what I eat. I’ve never ever tracked them even when I just to gymcel as a early teen.
