A LOT OF PEOPLE ON HERE CLAIM THEY HAVE GOOD BONES BUT THERE JUST FAT AND THEY DONT SHOW. EVEN IF YOUR FAT YOU SHOULD STILL SEE YOUR BONES. Here’s a pic of me at 30% bf vs now at 14-15%. Bones still show in both pics even tho my bones arnt even good. So if your 20%bf rn coping that once u get lean you’ll have bulging cheek bones then hopefully this can be a reality check.
