I am already seeing gains lifting nothing but stones and bricks.

Meanwhile my friend goes to the gym and still has the same body he had at 14.

Keep coping gymfags

It also builds wrists and muscles
my hands got def bigger in fucking 4 months. i can no longer fit fingers in nail scissor i used to use.
believe whatever you want i cant prove it. i had to use soap to slip finger out twice and got another one cuz that. putting fingers in it in first place was pain in ass aswell

Your friend does nothing, while you're doing what you're doing with a attitude. Good job.

You can't build all muscles by lifting stones and bricks plus you will come fast to plateau after first noob gains when you will need to lift heavier things to progress further.

Your friend is fucking around not eating adequate amounts of food plus protein and obviously not taking gym seriously.

There will be a point where you will have to go to gym to build muscular body and do a proper routine plus bulk or cut (depending on your body fat) with adequate amounts of protein for your complexion

People seriously undervalue genetics and diet.

Friend most likely just does cardio, bicep curls and is low T. You're high T and build muscle without a problem.

Half a goat per year is not enough to build muscle.

You are right.
There is no need to lift heavy weights to get a good body. Heavy weights are also damaging on the long term so only to do for a limited period then rest.
Still, the strongest men I know are manual workers.
Plus they keep their strength till death.
Some 70+ are stronger than me in forearms/wrists while I would be stronger on larger muscles.
Masons or movers will kick the ass of bodybuilders overall.
