When I was in my slaying peak, I was living in a shared house owned by a relative but I had one side on one floor (2 rooms + bathroom) to myself.
Having a place near the busy nightlife area allowed me to attain club and tinder slays but it wasn't ideal worrying that I might meet another house member in the hallway or on the staircase while trying to sneak in a chubster.
I recently moved into an apartment where there are two other apartments within the same house, however the other people living in the house are foids and the inhabitants of one of the apartments are ethnic foids so I couldn't care if they see me with a chubster in the hallway and they're way less likely to be in the hallway than when living in a shared house since they have everything they need behind the door of their own apartment.
When convincing a foid to come back, when you have an apartment you can inform them of this when asking them to come back to yours.
If you are bringing multiple foids back under the premise of an afterparty, once they get back and see that you have a decent apartment it may make them more willing to fuck just because it separates you from the vast majority of guys who are trying to compete for her in nightclubs.
Anyone who goes drinking regularly who will be competing for slays is likely a college student between 18-22 who will be sharing a house with other housemates if they aren't living at home.
Guys who just started workcelling between 23-25 are also likely to be sharing a house as well to cut down on costs
The privacy of having an apartment but also looking young enough to compete against 18-25 y/o males for foids gives you a clear advantage.

Even if you have no use for driving it, just to be able to test the waters with foids you talk to online and ask them to come for a spin or tell them youll pick them up could be a game changer for their receptiveness.
As an aspie its easy not to bother with this since alcohol is generally needed to slay but if you have the funds its worth testing sober meetup with your car game.
