Worse than post nut clarity. Like way fucking worse. Makes you wanna hang yourself. I force-delete all memories of myself crying in front of people for survival purposes. Thankfully I haven't done it ~5 years but it's overwhelmingly cringe.

When I am alone, no I dont feel cringe.
if I cry infront of people yeah I do feel cringe and weak.

The reasoning is, whenever I cry my head clears up and I feel good, its rejuvenating like you drained most of the stress out of your head.

I can only cry from rejection though or if a family member dies, nothing else
