I feel you man, I would be out socializing but I live in constant pain every single from a medical illness. I honestly just wanna kill myself and move on. Living youth, even life, like this isnt worth it.

That's the way nature intended us to be, sadly you cannot cheat health. I spend all my money on medication and i have just 100$ at the end of a month.. I will never get surgeries if i don't start doing something illegal.

I dont have any consultations to pay for. I think keeping a somewhat sterile gut is more beneficial than choosing for one side. I think bacterial overgrowth is a common problem amongst our population which most dont recognize.
I mean, if you cut down on tryptophan for example and increase things which can handle it properly, then you could negate most Serotonin problems you have rn. You sound like you have problems with Serotonin.

Anecdotally, i feel low inhib with ingesting lactobacillus, bifidobacterium and bullardi. I need to find something for dopamine and serotonin, such as bacillius, enterococcus and streptococcus (I have searched through whole balkan and didn't find specific probiotic)

As for my health, symptoms has gotten much worse i get extreme seborrhea and recently i got huge bump on my dick, i booked blood sample testing next week. Please help me out man
